(Apparently this stupid grape festival starts on my birthday. Fuck.)

"This mural took us 700 hours," says some bitch on the show Unwrapped, where I first saw the "grape murals" at the Lodi grape festival.



Supposedly they want to celebrate how awesome grapes are.... by fucking gluing thousands of fresh, perfectly good grapes to a big piece of wood and covering them in glitter.

Cool! There's no better way to celebrate grapes! Especially not by... eating them, or anything. Because that would be fucking CRAZY.

And making murals out of grapes is just not crazy at all.

Clearly the best and most effective way of expressing your love for grapes is to make them into an inedible mural.
